Flow grades token & contract safety on Base through its paid /api/verify endpoint. This page reads the on-chain registry on Arc mainnet (chain 5042) where those verdicts are anchored — immutable, ownerless, and checkable by anyone.
How it works: (1) an agent pays $0.02 via x402 to Flow's /api/verify and gets a 0–100 safety score with a safe / caution / danger verdict; (2) Flow anchors a compact attestation on Arc — subject, source chain, score, verdict, and a keccak256 hash of the full verdict payload; (3) anyone can recompute the hash from the API response and confirm the on-chain entry matches. The registry holds no funds and has no owner or admin keys.
Receipts-first: entries are never edited or deleted. A newer check of the same contract simply adds a newer entry.
